As Chairman of the Washington State Republican Party (WAGOP) Election Integrity Committee, I have been documenting and archiving election integrity activity for three and a half years. Many election integrity-related articles, videos, links, websites, etc., are archived and available on the Skagit County Republican Party (SCRP) website's Election Integrity page (which I update daily).
Additionally, as Chairman of the SCRP, I have been writing and publishing articles and blogs and a “Chairman’s Corner” monthly newsletter for 7 1/2 years. When I ran for office in 2020 in Legislative District 10 as a Washington State House Representative Candidate, most of my regular newsletters were weekly. Was this unlawful? NO! Specifically citing section 4: (Using) A surname similar to one who has already filed for the same office, and whose political reputation is widely known, with intent to confuse and mislead the electors by capitalizing on the public reputation of the candidate who had previously filed.” Intent is a very high bar to prove, so Ferguson and Satterberg leaned on the first name being used. Except, they appear to be purposefully redefining the RCW.
Bob Ferguson 2 and 3 weren’t using “similar” names. They were using identical names. That the OG Bob Ferguson focuses on Robert versus Bob isn’t even relevant. The RCW only applies to surnames. It’s certainly common for Democrats to change the definition of basic words — just ask them to define “woman” and you’ll find out. But for this RCW to apply, they’d need to redefine “similar” and “surname.” Article

Washington is a sanctuary state that signs up foreign nationals, legal & illegal, for Obamacare upon arrival - As of March 2021, the numbers show that 3.9% of Washington’s residents are illegal aliens, or roughly 300,000. This number does not include Biden’s Guests, or “newcomers.” Inslee’s office will not release current numbers, but it is estimated that at least 75,000 “newcomers” have arrived since the southern border was opened in January 2021. Washington State counties are taking excessive amounts of time to disclose public requested records (PRR). There is no reason it should take longer than six months to disclose records. Seth Keshel: Spokane County is the 4th most populated in WA. As automatic voter registration has accelerated in the state, so has election manipulation in various ways, including through rampant ballot Harvesting, which is legal in the state. With a likely total of 47,765 minimum fraudulent ballots in the 2020 presidential race, Spokane County is one of the most densely corrupted counties in the western U.S.

Mike Benz: Mail-in Ballots & Election Censorship
The Center for Internet Security (CIS), a private entity funded by the radical leftist group Democracy Fund and directed by the globalist Atlantic Council, indirectly controls the Albert Sensor network. The network monitors all election data in real-time, and CIS can share all private information of government county workers to their shadow NGO partners because CIS’s contracts force all states to waive their rights to privacy. The Albert Sensors exist behind county firewalls but still provide a two-way interface where the DHS and another bad actor can access the software and machines to do unspeakable damage. ALASKA: A Few Ranked Choice Voting Facts: The total cost for RCV (along with regular and special election costs) amounted to $11,093,006.41, which was 328% of the election costs from 2010 - 2020!
The state spent 20 times what was budgeted for voter education related to RCV implementation.
Alaska had the lowest voter turnout in history using RCV and Jungle Primary for the first time.
A Democrat received the lowest vote percentage in a U.S. Senate election in state history.
3rd Party Candidates went from Five 3rd Party Candidates in 2020 for a U.S. Senate General Election to Zero 3rd Party Candidates in 2022.
Charlene McGowan says ballot images are “part of the paper trail that we use to confirm the accuracy of the results.” There are 380,761 missing ballot images from Election Day and 17,852 from the recount. The GA SOS office just admitted 2020 was a fraud. Article

The Secretary of State, in an individual consent decree, months before the 2020 election, completely obliterated, watered down the signature verification process. In Fulton County, they didn’t even bother to try even the watered-down signature verification process. They admitted that. That was all illegal, and it affected many more folks in the 11,779 vote market in Georgia. Article
Over 5,000 ballots were found in the same identical sequence in one week on one machine. In other words, the ballots are being scanned multiple times and counted multiple times, or they’re being scanned once and replicated and counted multiple times. Article

Claire Woodall-Vogg fired - She is the (was) the most corrupt election clerk in Wisconsin. Per her sworn deposition in a lawsuit, She printed 64,000 ballots in the back conference room of City Hall in the Nov.3rd 2020 election. She had city employees and others (CTCL) fill some of those out on the 4th, 6th and other floors of city hall. Then kicked out observers around 10-10:30pm on Nov.3rd.
