The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act) amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) by introducing a requirement for individuals to provide proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. Eligible documents include a REAL ID-compliant identification indicating U.S. citizenship; a valid U.S. passport, military ID and service record; a government-issued photo ID showing U.S. birthplace; or a government-issued photo ID that does not indicate birthplace or citizenship and a valid secondary document. WASHINGTON: Washington removes residency requirement for voter registration
CrossCheckUSA - An Investigative Report: About six weeks ago, I became aware of the CrossCheckUSA (CCUSA) website. After exploring it for a short time, several glaring problems stood out:
1. The CCUSA website does not say who is behind it, just “Regular Citizens” – No names, addresses or contact info (except an email address).
2. The website asks voters to register by creating a username and password and to vote for candidates on the website. CCUSA makes implied claims that a voter can “Cross-Check” election results to verify if they were accurate. If CCUSA vote counts exceed the official results, showing evidence of manipulation in the election, the election can be contested.
3. Anyone can register online to CCUSA using a fictitious name and email address, which could, most obviously, lead to inaccurate vote totals.
4. Even if we are supposed to believe that only registered voters who voted in the election and who signed up with CCUSA were " Cross-Checked” with registered voters on the rolls (which DOES NOT appear to be the case because a WA State voter ID is not included), it is impossible to believe that enough registered voters (participation factor in the program) who signed up with CCUSA would exceed the official vote tallies in the race.
5. The website asks voters to give permission for CCUSA to use their information in a lawsuit(s) WITH NO SPECIFICS about Who or What people are involved with CCUSA or the specific donors funding CCUSA. FULL BILL BRUCH SUBSTACK ARTICLE HERE
Seventeen Mail-In-Voting Security Vulnerabilities:
* Your postal carrier could "lose" your ballot if he/she doesn't like your yard signs.
* Post office employees could "lose" ballots mailed from entire areas.
* Post office employees could "lose" ballots sent to entire areas.
* Garbage collectors and recyclers could retrieve discarded ballots from recycling bins.
* Ballots mailed to people's former addresses could be used by anyone at the address.
* Ballots mailed to people who've died could be used by anyone at the address.
* Nursing home employees could hijack ballots of feeble-minded residents.
* Students attending college in non-home states would likely receive two ballots (there is little to no interstate election verification).
* College administrators could harvest ballots of recent graduates whose address changes haven't been recorded.
* Ballot harvesters could canvass entire neighborhoods collecting empty ballots from feeble-minded or unconcerned residents.
* Neighborhood gangs or political groups could force residents to fill out ballots "properly" under supervision.
* Employers could force employees to fill out ballots "properly" under supervision.
* Your spouse or other cohabitants could induce you to fill out your ballot "properly" under supervision.
* Cohabitants of single-mailbox residences (such as shared student houses) could easily intercept each other's ballots.
* Apartment building landlords could harvest ballots from insecure mailboxes.
* Black markets would certainly arise wherein unused ballots are bought & sold.
* With our notoriously poorly maintained voter registration rolls, millions of ballots are guaranteed to be sent to the wrong people.

MAINE: J. Christian Adams & the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) secured a landmark ruling for transparency and clean elections. The First Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in PILF’s favor that under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, Maine’s voter roll is a public record. The Court’s opinion states:
“Whether voter registration rolls are accurate and current cannot be determined without inspecting the Voter File…The evaluation of voter registration rolls would be impossible if the results of Maine’s voter list registration and maintenance activities were not subject to public disclosure. For the above reasons, Maine’s Voter File is a record concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters and is thus subject to disclosure under Section 8.” Article

NEW YORK: A “clone” voter registration record is illegal. Clones use the personal information of existing voters to assign new (excess) ID numbers without the knowledge of the voter. In this way, John Doe becomes two or more voters instead of one. This is because the voter roll system views the ID number as a unique individual, regardless of name, address, and other information. An argument can be made that New York State had about 1.5 million clones in their rolls in 2022, and at the same time, had deleted an additional 500,000. Article
