2024 WA State Republican Precinct Caucuses - Your Opportunity to VOTE IN PERSON!
Educate. Advocate. Mitigate. Activate!
The 2024 Washington State Republican Precinct Caucuses will be held Saturday, January 13, from 10 AM to Noon in hundreds of locations all around Washington State.
The Precinct Caucuses are vitally important community gathering meetings that only happen once every 4 years. Do Not Miss Them. If you are a Republican Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) the Precinct Caucus is important to attend and to help organize. This is your duty as a PCO.
The caucuses are your opportunity to participate with other like-minded community residents. This is where GOP activists, supporters and members of the community discuss pertinent political issues, the Republican Platform, vote “IN PERSON” for their preference for U.S. President, Submit Resolutions and elect Delegates and Alternates to the County Convention.
ALL Elected or Appointed Republican PCO's are AUTOMATIC DELEGATES to your respective GOP county convention. The deadline to qualify to be an automatic delegate is November 10, 2023.
You do NOT have to be a PCO or Precinct Captain to be a Delegate or Alternate to your respective GOP 2024 County Convention or to the WSRP 2024 State Convention
The designated Caucus Chair and / or Caucus Co-Chair will call each of the individual Precinct Caucus and / or “Pooled” Precinct Caucus meetings to order no earlier than 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2024. The designated Caucus Chair or C0-Chair shall lead and be the permanent Chair of the caucus.
The Jan 13 caucus business of electing delegates and alternates to the 2024 GOP County Convention may not begin before 10:30 AM and must be completed by 11:30 AM.
Please consider becoming a delegate to your respective GOP County Convention and a delegate to the WSRP State Convention.
If Republican and Conservative candidates are to win elections, the GOP (EARLY-ON) must get behind the best candidate that CAN WIN for their particular race. We have this opportunity at the upcoming Washington State Republican Party 2024 State Convention, April 18 - 20, in Spokane. The WSRP will be doing something quite unique by having an “ENDORSEMENT CONVENTION,” a bold first-time effort that represents a major cultural shift for the Republican Party. This is a Convention you will not want to miss!
The goal is to have 2,600 + Grassroots Delegates from all 39 counties around the state to vote and pick their best choice in each of the 10 Congressional races, 9 statewide offices and 1 US Senate race for 2024.
OF NOTE: Of the 9 Washington statewide executive offices, this is the first time in over 50 years that 4 offices will be “open” seats and have no incumbents, they include: Governor, Attorney General, Commissioner of Public Lands and Insurance Commissioner.
Thoroughly vetted candidates will be giving speeches and taking questions at the event. After each one is picked, for the best chance to win, the Republican Party must fully unify, and support that candidate and their campaign. The candidate must support the party platform, know all applicable issues, and be able to speak truth about the issues, while articulating a winning message
In an effort to not split the GOP vote in the "Jungle Primary" in order to take-back the Republican party and unify behind the best candidate for each race, the WSRP is asking the largest gathering of Grassroots Republicans ever in Washington State to choose the Republican candidates.
