This is a continuation of my June 18 Substack article “Do Federal Election Commission Policies & Website Facilitate Money Laundering? (Part 2).”
The problem persists. The Federal Election Commission website (fec.gov) past years’ historical, downloaded, campaign finance donor data, keeps changing with donor (contributor) results data being purged on a regular basis.
If you are researching data in the fec.gov website using the exact same parameter fields to check ONLY PAST YEARS’ (2017-2022) campaign donor contribution information, you should not see HISTORICAL DATA constantly changing.
A campaign reporting website like this is a prime target for manipulation and fraud, allowing for possible election interference, election tampering, electioneering, and the concealment of money laundering, keeping oligarchs in power.
MORE EVIDENCE:
Per citizen researcher graph below, tracking the fec.gov website’s PAST YEARS’ (2017-2022) campaign donations, beginning May 7, 2023 through July 11, 2023, there continues to be unexplained wild fluctuations. The low mark is June 16, 2023, where there were 114,786,000 reported campaign donations. The high mark is May 13 & 14 where there were 117,957,000 reported campaign donations.
When you track, plot, and graph the data changes, there is a mean average of about 116,600,000 donations for years 2017-2022, trending slightly downward.
The biggest one-day movement was May 26, 2023, gaining 2,468,000 donations. The next day it dropped by 2,262,000 donations.
Another interesting pattern is that every Sunday (except one) there were no changes in the FEC reported individual contribution results number for those past years.
OF NOTE: On May 20, 2023, and July 5, 2023, the EXACT “Individual Contribution” amount of 117,000,000 was reported.
Yesterday the number was 116,605,000 campaign donations. Today it is 116,209,000. What will it be tomorrow for those past archived years?
Who or what is changing/purging FEC database campaign contributions in years 2017-2022? There is no reason why campaign donor data for past years should be changing at all, much less changing so frequently, and by such large amounts.
Who is interfering with campaign finance data and our elections? Are the actual campaign donors giving permission for this to occur to their years’ past donations? How many of these transactions are donor identity theft and fraudulent donations?
Are the numerous FEC data issue anomalies evidence of purposeful obfuscation?
Why does the FEC allow this? Where is FEC oversight / enforcement? Why does the FEC authorize campaigns to self-regulate themselves? What Could Go Wrong???
Of no surprise, the more we look, the stranger it gets…
Adding to the oddities of the FEC database, when searching the full John Fetterman campaign donor list, we see, upon sorting oldest to newest by date, there are 335 contributions that PRE-DATE the campaign’s first filing period that began with the campaign’s 2021 reporting cycle.
A citizen researcher via the FEC site kept seeing a name pop up, donating 88 times to the PAC 'Fetterman for PA', starting in 2018 via ActBlue.
Fetterman was the PA Lieutenant Governor in 2018. He wasn't running for Senate. Why and how would 2018 campaign contributions show up on a federal site and not a state site? Lt. Gov is a state office, not federal.
Who knew Fetterman was going to be running for U.S. Senate in 2022 back in 2018 while he was Lt. Gov? AND why would that show up on the 2022 campaign’s FEC filings? What is going on? Did ActBlue account for this money? Where did it go? Is this evidence of possible Money Laundering? See screenshot below.
OF INTEREST: The Fetterman for PA donor stops contributing to the Fetterman campaign on May 9, 2022, one week before the PA US Senate primary, having religiously donated, allegedly, from 2018 to 2022. Then, on May 18, 2022, the date of the Idaho primary election, mysteriously, the same listed donor allegedly makes 44 $5 contributions to Democrat David Roth for US Senate campaign. Keeping with the odd pattern, on June 8th, the date of the South Dakota primaries, the same listed donor makes 44 $5 contributions to the Brian Bengs for US Senate campaign.
Is this a normal pattern of human behavior? Who makes an exact $5 amount of 44 campaign donations to out of state candidates in one day? And multiple times???
Is this identity theft?
Is this evidence of artificial intelligence (A.I.) computer algorithms doing this?
Are these glitches in the matrix?
Are Elections / Selections literally being set-up, rigged and / or manipulated years in advance?
Congress needs to stay on top of this. Where are the subpoenas?
Also, the responsible parties for campaign funding oversight: Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth, Bureau of Commissions, AG, etc. should ask the FEC why this is occurring. Or perhaps they already know why this is occurring…
Obviously, there is something very wrong. Should there be Civil Liability for this?
It is an outrage that this is allowed to happen. With the absolute mess that this reporting database is, what good is the FEC?
